Customer Review: Great HDTV
We have had this TV for about 5 months and the picture is great. We mounted it on our fireplace just above the mantle used the hollow underside of the mantle to hide the HDMI and power cords. I’m not a tech person but sports and movies have been wonderful.

We bought this tv to replace a 61″ HD rear projection that was getting a little long in the tooth. We don’t regret going smaller at all because the picture is outstanding. You do have to adjust the picture settings to get the best results, but once you get it right, there’s no equal. We looked at countless tv’s before deciding on this unit. The price on Amazon was several hundred less than anywhere else. Shipping was fast and set up was easy. I’m also surprised by the sound, it’s really not too bad considering the size of the speakers, but we’ll be adding a surround sound sooon. We haven’t noticed any faults with the panel, no lines or dead pixels. The only thing we don’t like is the very reflective border around the panel. If you’re in the market for a large LCD with full HD, this should be your choice and Amazon should be your retailer.

Good value for the price. Picture is quite good with DVD’s and very good with HD input. The Sony 23″ has somewhat better detail and image quality for significantly more money. The Panasonic also lacks an HDMI input, which may or may not be important to you.

Customer Review: Very pleased with this purchase
I bought my Samsung TV about a month ago from Circuit City. After considering Vizio very seriously (from Sam’s Club), I decided to go with a stronger brand name and pay a little more. I found this TV on sale for 1100 bucks at Circuit City and I think this is an excellent deal. I am very happy with my purchase even though it was about 200 bucks more than the Vizio model I was considering (a 42 inch for 900 bucks). One factor that swayed me was the warranty and customer service angle. I called Samsung customer service BEFORE I bought the TV and got some excellent information about the TV itself and the warranty. I actually talked to a guy that owned the same model (I actually believed him based on some things he told me). Based on my conversation, I believe that the customer service will be great. I also found out that they have in-home service on the warranty, which is a good selling point. In terms of the TV itself, it has a great picture, nice onboard sound, and a very sharp physical look (in terms of the frame, stand, etc.). The HD channels look awesome without messing with the default picture controls. The SD channels look just OK, but I consider part of the reason I rate it as “just OK” is because it’s in comparison with how the HD looks. The PIP feature is what I read it was…. sort of a cheap PIP feature-set. I would have liked a more feature-rich PIP function. But that’s about the only thing I don’t like about it. Overall, I’d rate this TV as excellent and recommend it to everyone.
Customer Review: Great TV So Far
I have had my TV a month now and I love it. The picture is great and with all the hook up options I have my choice of media to use. My only problem is the sound could be a little better. It is supposed to have a type of surround sound but I have yet to hear it. The sound is great but no surround sound to it. I love the TV and hope it continues to do great. Amazon is a great place to buy from as well. TV arrived on time and no problems from their end.
