Customer Review: The HD version can’t be used on a desk where you see the back
I am extremely disappointed with this monitor. I chose it partly because of features, but also because the case was styled well and I thought would look good on a desk that is seen by anyone who enters our home. Unfortunately nothing seems to note that in the HD versions of the T260 and the T240, there is no cover for the cables in the back. And worse yet, they stick straight out the back, not down like just about every other monitor.

Compared to other Samsung Models
The primary differences between Samsung’s LNT4065F and the lower priced LNT4061F LCD HDTV is in the contrast ratio and video processing power. Where this model offers a 15,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and a 10-bit video processor, the LNT4061F has a 10,000:1 ratio, with an 8-bit video processor. I bought this TV for myself and then recommended it to my Mother. Now we are both enjoying vivid, bright, and colorful LCD High Definition TV. The TV is gorgeous on the stand. The sound is rich. One of the great surprises was that without a high definition cable converter box the TV finds and displays the available High Definition channels on its own. Yes the picture would be better if I did have it connected to a digital cable box but for no additional fee I can view High definition TV because of the built in converter in the TV.

I found the process of researching and buying an HDTV to be overwhelming, but I am thrilled with the end result.

The picture quality has been nothing short of stunning. I’m sure that the black levels could be better on a high-end Sony, but for me they are excellent. NBC’s coverage of the Olympics has been luxurious to watch. The colors are fantastic.

I agonized over this purchase since there were such mixed reviews. This tv is wonderful. It works perfectly and has a good picture. I don’t know what people find wrong with the sound. I guess I don’t have discerning ears.
Customer Review: our second samsung
We purchased a Samsung 32″ set about 5 months ago and have been very pleased with it. When our kitchen set died, we went looking for another set. Samsung makes a 22″ in white- which filled all our requirements. The only difference between the two sets is that I had to change the factory settings and fine tune it myself. In the factory presets, the picture left something to be desired. I matched the settings to our 32″ set but it still needed to be adjusted. Once done, the picture is fine. We are very happy with both of the sets and would recommend them.

Customer Review: Okay HD TV for the price!
I bought this television based upon the customer ratings and specs. The first television arrived (early) and had a stuck blue pixel. Amazon’s return process was great and I had a replacement in a few days. However, the replacement also has a stuck pixel (only red not blue). I realize stuck pixels are somewhat common, but I still don’t like it. For $360.00 it should work great! I haven’t decided if it’s worth the hassle to send this one back also.
Customer Review: Perfect except for the “sticker”
Everthing was perfect except for that damn sticker they put on the screen and side of the TV. I spent forever trying to remove the glue from the screen and the chassis. As far as the TV goes, even my wife could figure it out right away. Nice picture once you get the glue off. I would buy another one but keep some car “bug remover” nearby.
